For nearly 10 years, the founding members of the Ananta team have been collaborating on the planning, branding and promoting of special events. We were instantly successful at generating buzz around these happenings, which helped to launch several small businesses. In fact, our own “Hello Princeton” event fast-tracked our visibility in the Mercer County marketplace. 

For West Windsor Arts’ ArtWalk 2023, Ananta created the following:

  • Logo design

Results

West Windsor Arts’ annual ArtWalk had its highest attendance to date. Here is a breakdown of some of the marketing results:

Website Traffic

From May 20-June 20, 2023 (weeks prior and after the event)

1.2K people viewed the ArtWalk event page on the West Windsor Arts website, a significant bump in traffic.

Email Marketing

Four emails promoting ArtWalk were sent out in May and June with these results:

June 8 (ArtWalk silent auction email) - 46% open rate

June 6 (General newsletter with ArtWalk lead) - 49% open rate

May 18 (Standalone ArtWalk awareness/registration email) - 47%  open rate

May 2 (General newsletter with ArtWalk mention) - 55% open rate

Total number of opens: 12,659
Average open rate: 49%
